Slick Rock
Slick Rock is one of three championship courses at Horseshoe Bay Resort. This 7,000 acre luxury resort lies along the panoramic shores of Lake LBJ in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Located just 45 minutes northwest of Austin, Texas, Horseshoe Bay Resort is the perfect place to play, relax, meet or entertain. Other courses at this resort are Ram Rock and Apple Rock.
With multiple tees on every hole, more than 71 sand traps and 12 water hazards, Slick Rock embodies the Robert Trent Jones, Sr. philosophy of "hard par, easy bogey." Slick Rock is home to Horseshoe Bay Resort's awe-inspiring "Million Dollar Hole" (No. 14) featuring a winding cart path that takes golfers on a ride through a waterfall that spans more than 35 yards and dumps more than 8,000 gallons of water into Slick Rock creek each minute.

Grey Rock Golf Club
Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, our championship golf course designed by renowned architect Jay Morrish is challenging, yet appealing for players of all skill levels. Grey Rock has served as the host course for the U.S. Open qualifier, the Buy.com/Nike qualifier, and the Texas Women's Amateur Championship. In 2002, the Texas Challenge, a Canadian Tour event, took place at Grey Rock and action was televised on the Golf Channel.
